The value of our equipment is the flexibility it gives us to select the most efficient route for each part.

Sheet-Metal Route

Laser cutting or CNC punching, followed by press-brake forming, fastener insertion, welding, inspection, and packaging.

Best for: prototypes, complex geometry, small batches, and frequent engineering changes

Coil Route

Decoiling, straightening, servo feeding, stamping or roll forming, secondary operations, and inspection.

Best for: high-volume production, repeat orders, and dedicated tooling where lowest cost per part matters

Machining Route

Raw-stock preparation, CNC milling, drilling, tapping, grinding, inspection, and assembly.
